Where is the moral authority?
The Dutch government is so far into the red that, if it was not already a member, it would not even be allowed to join the European Union.
Considering this proof that the Dutch government is not particularly adept at financial matters, does it really have the moral authority to grant and deny licenses to would-be bankers?
