This morning at about 3am two men named Joshua English and Kyle Macie pulled up in front of my house bringing a barking german shepherd, made threats at my friends, and left.

Happy Holidays, Keene Bureaucrats!
The Freeman Family sends its warmest wishes to the Keene Bureaucrats this year. Maybe they will grant my Christmas wish and stop arresting peaceful people. Until then, I will record!
TalleyTV Arrested for “Chillaxing”
I am reposting this article from another blog I follow. Some Fr33 Agents are mentioned.
This article was originally published by the Free-Hater News Dec. 23, 2011:
Boom! Two Arrests Before Annual Christmas Party!
Keene, NH - So I walk into Judge Arnold’s courtroom, and that monster Ian Freeman is sitting there for a hearing about Thomas Ball*. His Free-Stater loons were all sitting behind him so pathetic, but wait! No cameras?! “Hell yeah,” I thought. I put on my toughest game-face and pointed with my mightiest finger and walked with my most German march and told them if they don’t remove their hats or stand for the judge, they’ll be arrested. They think they’re hardcore, sitting there looking stoned and motionless. John** walks in, the free-stoners remained seated, and I asked him if I could arrest them. He said yeah so you know the fun is about to begin!
I went over to go put cuffs on these people but then realized I couldn’t possibly arrest all of them at once, as strong and agile as I am. I called for backup and my buddy came and helped me block these guys into a corner. Some of the wimps threw up their hands and said they were leaving under duress and made stupid comments about how WE should be respectful! Can you believe it? I mean these people seriously have the gall to come in and disrespect my friend John like that and think nothing’s gonna happen? Not on my watch! I’m what the taxpayers want. They want me there to make sure this baloney like wearing hats indoors doesn’t fly. Happy to help, taxpayers.
It was pretty awesome arresting these two. The one guy and girl thought they were sooooo cool ’cause they didn’t have to stand up when John walked in the room. Like they were just going to relax and just make themselves at home sitting there ignoring everyONE and everyTHING in the courtroom. What’re you doing there if you’re not going to follow the rules? You’re gonna get thrown out. Duh.
The guy called TalleyTV weighed about 180 lbs and was built like a brick outhouse. The wimpy baby got down on the floor and I dragged him across the floor through the courthouse to a paddywagon where I waved goodbye. The girl called Kelly Voluntaryist had no problem walking herself. I don’t know how such a pretty girl learned to be so disobedient. Both of them are part of some website called Fr33 Agents. Sounds like a bunch of dissidents who need me to put ‘em in their place.
Well, crazy day, but it looks like I won my bet with the other bailiffs***. One day I’ll have enough saved up for that penis enlargement surgery, and I won’t need this job to get my kicks. Until then, I’ll see you in court!

Good Men Being Prosecuted For Protesting Tax Policy
Benjamin & Russell Bartholomew of Good Men Do Something are defending themselves against government aggression in Yuba County, California. They recently published the following press release and made the video below from a discussion on Monday’s Free Talk Live between Ian Freeman, Luthor Kingsley and myself.
On Tuesday November 29, Wheatland residents Benjamin and Russell Bartholomew will finally have their day in court to respond to charges stemming from their tax protest last Spring. On April 28 the brothers were arrested by Yuba County Sheriffs deputies and charged with “wearing masks”. The brothers were wearing Guy Fawkes masks while standing near a sign that read “TAXES = THEFT”. The masks, popularized in the movie V for Vendetta, are internationally recognized symbols of protest.
The District Attorney dropped the “mask wearing” charge but the brothers are still being charged with violating Penal Code section 602(f) (illegally posting a sign) and Penal Code section 148(a)(1) (obstructing a police officer while attempting to discharge his or her official duties). The brothers are each facing a possible $2,000 fine and 2 years in jail.
“We are being punished for exercising our First Amendment rights to protest government tax policy,” said Benjamin Bartholomew. Benjamin and Russell are liberty activists. They are co-founders of Good Men Do Something and members of the Free State Project. “The police said it was illegal for us to wear masks and asked to see our faces, and we complied. We weren’t arrested until one of the officers argued that taxes are not theft. They didn’t really care about the masks. They dropped that charge. But they didn’t like our message.”The DA offered a plea bargain, but the brothers refused the offer.“The D.A. also offered to drop the whole case if we would just plead guilty to littering, like admitting that we dropped a paper clip or something,” said Russell Bartholomew. “But we didn’t litter. They wanted us to plead guilty to something we didn’t do, and that just doesn’t seem right,” Russell added.“I am amazed this is happening at all,” said attorney Paul Nicholas Boylan, who agreed to represent the brothers. Attorney Boylan is also a professor of law and specializes in free speech issues.
“It simply makes no sense. If an American citizen can be punished with a fine and face jail time for expressing their displeasure with official tax policy, then freedom of speech is meaningless and every member of the Tea Party should be in jail,” said Boylan. “If the District Attorney plans on arguing that the California Penal Code prevents this kind of protest, then I am reasonably confident that any jury standing judgment over my client’s actions will agree that any provision of the Penal Code that limits the right to protest tax policy is unconstitutional,” Boylan concluded.
The Bartholomew Brothers’ trial is scheduled to begin on November 29, 2011, at 8:30 AM in Department 1 of the Yuba County Superior Court located at 215 Fifth Street, Marysville, CA 95901. The court telephone number is (530) 749-7600.

Benjamin and Russell had their cell phones seized as “evidence” at the time of their arrest, and the phones have not been returned, but thanks to the smart phone app Qik, the encounter was streamed live directly to the internet and can be seen at goo.gl/g4NfE.
NHJury.com to Distribute New Brochures on Nullification
The nullification advocates over at NHJury.com have been working on the following brochure to distribute to potential jurors. Going forward, NHJury.com hopes that this will be an open source project so please let us know what you’d like to see added or changed in the comments. Thanks to MegMcLain for the design work and to FreeKeene.com for sponsoring the printing of the first 1,000 brochures. The NHJury.com logo was inspired by the art of Evan Pierce and Rob Nair.
This post will be updated with PDF and PSD files when they are made available. You can support more nullification outreach like this by investing in Fr33 Agents.
Michele Seven’s Peaceful Caging
The following video and blog post is by guest blogger Derrick J. Freeman:
It was a brisk and sunny October evening in the Shire. I drove down to the Cheshire County Jail where Freedom Activist Michele Seven would be turning herself over to the House of Corrections and serve time rather than pay the State a fine for driving without a State-approved “Registration” for her vehicle.
Having driven all around the continent without registering her cars with any State Agency for years, it was New Hampshire’s finest who finally put a halt to the Freedom Activist’s years-long crime spree of driving her vehicles without carrying Government-required papers.
When I met up with Michele, she looked composed and focussed. She has a sentence of 2.5 days which she will serve in consecutive Friday-Saturday overnight caging until time is served. She faces 8 more tickets of this kind and could face the same time for all of them. That’s every Friday night in jail for half a year—as punishment for not paying fines and registration fees to the Government.
About 8 Freedom Activists came out to send Michele off with hugs and words of appreciation, and the atmosphere was defined by a lightheartedness tempered by occasional reminders of the heavy-handed State.
I, for one, feel uplifted by Michele’s fortitude when facing the State. She lived her life as a free human until the agents of the State intervened, and now she’s choosing the lesser of two evils by aiding in her own caging rather than paying to perpetuate the State’s bad behavior.
Michele’s story is another powerful reminder of the depth of the saying, “Good people disobey bad laws.”
Here is Michele discussing her experiences, along with Ian Freeman and Jason Talley on last evening’s Free Keene TV:
