Lenco’s B.E.A.R.C.A.T., which stands for Ballistic Engineered Armoured Response and Rescue Counter Attack Truck, is now coming to Keene NH. Local residents are confused as to why police forces in the area feel they need to burden taxpayers with a 300,000 dollar bill for one of these. On top of it all, well, it’s not just local taxpayers that are footing the bill; The Department of Homeland Security has issued out grants to agencies all over the country for anti-terrorism measures.
I’ve been in Keene, NH for several months now and have only noticed terrorist-like actions and tendencies from members of local and broader law enforcement agencies. Now, why in the hell would anyone want to give these people more TMDs(Toys of Mass Destruction)?
KEENE, NH – Several activists found themselves at Keene District Court the day after the Porcupine Freedom Festival. Rich Angell was on trial because the State claimed that he is required to register with them before he can travel on their road monopoly. Rich Paul was there for charges of criminal trespass and criminal contempt.
During Angell’s trial, Beau Davis was kidnapped and caged for wearing a hat. Before “Judge” Burke made note of the hat and ordered Beau to remove it, I wasn’t even aware that the soft-spoken activist was in the room. Burke compared his court to a funeral and religious service and demanded an offering of respect in the form of hat removal. Beau declined to remove his CopBlock.org hat and refused to assist in his kidnapping.
The video above was live-streamed yesterday morning and shows activists questioning the court bailiffs who kidnapped a peaceful person. Despite the bailiffs’ unauthorized orders for activists to leave the court lobby, an officer of the Keene Police Department reassures us that we can stay, and agrees to answer questions to those with or without cameras. Hannah Hoffman asks the Law Enforcer if he would have arrested Rosa Parks for her act of civil disobedience and he admits that he would, despite it being an effective way to create change.
He admitted to having a different philosophy than many of the concerned community members but refused to elaborate on what that might be. YouTube commenter Mike for Liberty posted that he believes “his philosophy is? violence.”

Today is the 40th anniversary of U.S. Government’s War on Drugs started by Richard Nixon and continued by Barack Obama. But it’s not really a war on drugs, it’s a war on people, and some of these victims are friends of mine. It should come as no surprise that I refuse to fund it.
I won’t be able to make the drive to Concord tonight since I’m preparing for PorcFest but if you can make it, the details of the vigil are on Facebook:

Friday, June 17 · 8:00pm – 11:00pm
Sidewalk in front of the Statehouse 107 N. Main Street Concord, NH
June 17th, 2011 marks the 40th anniversary of Nixon’s declaration of the war on drugs. Since that time, hundreds of thousands of people have been killed or wounded across the globe under the banner of drug eradication. As the World’s primary funder of this campaign, the American Taxpayer must stand up and make clear that we must put an end to the bloodshed.
In America, the government arrests more than 850,000 people per year for violating marijuana laws. Almost all of these arrests are for non-violent marijuana related offenses. This is too many. The time is now to stop this War on US. Stand with us in a celebration of freedom, at a candlelight vigil to honor the countless victims of the War on Drugs.
On Wednesday, May 25th Shire independent journalist Dave Ridley was asked to leave the Radison Hotel in Nashua, NH by a member of the hotel staff because he was “interfering with the guests.” Later it was revealed that law enforcers from the Nashua Police Department pressured the hotel employee to ask Ridley to leave. This gave Detective Anderson and Officer Lynihan all they needed to harass, arrest and eventually fondle the testicles of Dave Ridley who was walking to his car so he could leave the property as ordered.
Ridley was at the hotel where the Democratic Party was hosting U.S. Vice President Joe Biden who was raising funds from a crowd of more than 300 statists.
As the following video clearly shows, Ridley was leaving the hotel after being asked. For unknown reasons, law enforcers Anderson and Lynihan pursued Ridley as he was in the parking lot nearing his car and charged him with criminal trespass.
Perhaps it was the exposure of two of their once undercover officers, DiFava and MacIsaac that caused Anderson and Lynihan to act outside the law they swore to uphold.
The Nashua Police Department has been increasingly embarrassed by a growing list of Shire activists who are exposing their wrongdoings and not complying with their immoral demands like Sovereign Curtis, David Krouse and the the 200 activists at the Nashua 420 Celebration many of whom later sang inside their police station.
But unlike these examples of non compliance, Dave Ridley did comply and did not commit civil disobedience. He was ordered to leave the Radison Hotel and as he approached his car he was kidnapped and fondled by men with badges that read Nashua Police Department. This will not be the last time Detective Anderson and Officer Lynihan will have a camera pointed at them, as many independent media outlets in the Shire will continue to investigate these aggressive law enforcers from every possible angle.
CONCORD, NH — On April 20th around 4:20 PM, over 200 people from all over New Hampshire converged on the the very building where the immoral laws are “created” that turns peaceful pot smokers into criminals.
Equipped with chalk and a camera, Garret Ean was one of those people who showed up to enjoy the 420 celebration and to defend self-ownership. Garrett has been to many events with other Shire activists doing outreach on various topics and has been featured in the two Talley.TV episodes that took place at the State Liquor Cartel (here and here). As Garret points out:
The State is actively selling one drug [liquor] while actively caging people for another safer alternative [cannabis].
Garret started and regularly contributes to FreeConcord.org, a site that covers what’s going on in the city that he’s lived in since the age of 8. He’s a great example of the success that Free State Project participants have had in activating New Hampshire residents to become advocates for “the total ideas liberty” as he puts it.
Most recently the site featured an encounter Garret had with law enforcers who didn’t care for his chalking. Armed with a phone to call the Porc411 service and a knowledge of their laws, the confrontation ended with the police leaving Garret to go about his chalking. Read the post and listen to Garret’s Porc411 call to see how well he handled the police. Like many cases, the police tried to use intimidation but Garret stood his ground.
In the interview, Garret mentions the outcome of the State v. Weeda Claus trial which resulted in Bob Constantine being caged by the State of New Hampshire for growing his own medicine, or “manufacturing a controlled substance” in state-speak. You can send Weeda Claus a letter for free using Mail-to-Jail.
Keep up to date on Ean and his allies as they continue to make the State Capital of Concord, New Hampshire more free at FreeConcord.org.
