War on Cameras is a War on You!

Government and corrupt corporations are in need of accountability.  As free individuals, you and everyone you know have the right to make that happen.  Injustices happen all the time and many, unfortunately, go unnoticed.

Now that many have recognised this need, government agents and their respective agencies have been drafting and enforcing policies to essentially censor independent media – especially media outlets that have vested interests in exposing corruption.  When it comes to covering news stories about government actions, if you are not NBC, ABC, FOX or MSN, your analyzation of the facts or opinion on the matter is null and void.

#OccupyOakland Move-In Day

In Oakland this Saturday, protestors attempted to occupy a building to set up a new headquarters since their encampments have been destroyed by agents of the state. At their peak, about 2,000 protestors were assembled in the streets, singing songs and marching with banners. On every front, they were met by lines of police in riot gear who were putting up fences and pointing guns at the protestors in order to restrict their freedom of movement. During the late afternoon, marchers stopped about 100 feet away from a police line and stood their ground with shields made of metal dumpster-lids and painted with peace and anarchy symbols. The police then began throwing flash grenades into the crowd of peaceful people. OccupyOakland medics quickly came to the aid of the injured, but police moved in seconds later to forcibly scatter the crowd, leaving their victims motionless on the ground.

End War by Ending the State

International Law and Business Attorney David D’Amato bravely reminds us “that the state is a deeply and unavoidably malefic force, positioned directly against [the] worthy societal goals [of security, justice, order and law].” This comes on the heels of a misleading speech by Fuhrer Obomba stating that he will be cutting military spending for the first time in a decade. In reality, D’Amato points out, the “cut” is in “anticipated” spending and represents a dramatic increase from last year’s military spending.
