Yesterday, in a coordinated maneuver, DC police swarmed one man in pajamas. He was backing away slowly with his hands in the air asking calmly why the police were coming after him. Seconds later, a woman in uniform tased him in the back while another policewoman puts her knee on his neck. He is handcuffed and taken away in a police cruiser. His alleged crime? Disorderly conduct.
