It seems that the new Crasher-In-Chief at Bureaucrash.com is not Xaq Fixx, the person that most of us wanted for the job based on his familiarity to Crashers and principled stance. They have gone with Lee Doren, who seems to be more of a conservative type.
Bureaucrash Social had really been dying since Pete Eyre left and Xaq was sorely needed, in my view, to keep it going and revitalize the site.
Agorists, while in the minority at Bureaucrash Social, were easily the group with the most active discussions. So let’s start the mass migration to FR33agents.net. Some kinks still need to be worked out but it seems the most likely successor to Bureaucrash. I’ll likely be spending more time at Forums of the Libertarian Left, as well.
Any other suggestions?
Note that I am out of town this weekend (like most weekends) and am basing much of my characterization of Mr. Doren on the opinions of principled people I trust like Jason Talley, Chase Camuzzi and Mike Lowry as I have had, and will have, very little internet time until later this evening.

I agree that there needs to be a successor to Bureaucrash Social, however, if one wanted to make the migration easier for those who are most familiar with Bureaucrash, then why create a social network based on BuddyPress rather than one on ning, where people can import all their info and pre-existing friends on other networks?
I can definitely see where you're coming from and that seems like a valid gripe. I haven't used Buddypress enough to comment much on it but I do know that I dislike ning because longer discussion threads get very confusing. I would prefer a linear discussion format than what ning provides.
I figure it's all all an ploy to get disillusioned college republicans on board. Take out the anarchist bent, put in more of a neo-con bent and voila, an anti-Obama organization. Disappointed, but not surprised.
Nicky, don't forget anarch.me it's been getting a lot of activity.
I spent some time digging into the new guy's politics a couple of nights ago… Rush Limbaugh fan. Might is Right… nothing really revolutionary about him. EIB Kidz Corner is what I see BC turning into.
The reasoning behind using Buddypress is because the goal isn't to make a simple social networking replacement. The idea of fr33agents.net is to decentralize and make activists centric to the site. Buddypress doesn't yet give everything that Ning does, but it's flexible enough that it will be expanded into the future. Where the expansion goes will be up to the activists and needs.
Thanks a lot for that, Dean.
